We created SoCO Eats as a real solution for rural cities to enjoy the benefits of living in the city. Our goal is that you always feel safe and comfortable when engaging with our Platform. We can honestly say… Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our users and partners!

 

Background Checks for ALL Delivery Drivers!

Not only do we have our own internal review procedures, we request a professional third-party criminal and DMV background check for every SoCO Eats Delivery Driver before they’re permitted to deliver on our platform. The criminal background check includes national and county-level databases and records. Among other offenses and convictions, SoCO Eats denies access to our platform for violent crimes, felonies, sexual offenses, or drug-related convictions that appear on the  background check.

 

Zero Tolerance Policy!

SoCO Eats immediately denies access to anyone who abuses drugs or alcohol while performing services on the platform.  If you ever feel unsafe dial 9-1-1 and notify law enforcement FIRST. After calling 9-1-1, get in touch with us through the Contact Us tab in the app to report an accident or safety incident involving our Platform.

 

A Secure Platform!

All payments and transactions, including delivery driver tipping, are processed automatically on your payment card through the SoCO Eats app. This means you will never need cash on-hand.

The mobile numbers shared between our customers and SoCO Eats are masked so that real phone numbers are never exposed. You can trust that SoCO Eats will never attempt to ask for emails and passwords over phone or text.

For every delivery that we facilitate through our Platform, customers and merchants will receive details about the SoCO Eats Delivery Driver, including photo identification and vehicle details ahead of receiving their delivery, so you know who to expect every time. Once a delivery is complete, the SoCO Eats Delivery Driver no longer has customer contact information and the delivery address isn’t available to them any longer.
